A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES – TIGAON BRANCH, CARAYCAYON,

TIGAON, CAMARINES SUR AS THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY BANK OF THE SANNGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BARANGAY _______________WITH HON.___________, SK HAIRMAN And________________, SK
TREASURER AS THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES

Resolution No. 2019-001

WHEREAS, the newly elected sk officials assumed office on may 22, 2018;

WHEREAS, chapter II, section 20 (b) of the Republic Act No. 10742

pursuant to Section 7 of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of the Republic Act No. 10742n as the
“Sangguaniang Kabataan, Reform Act of 2015”. The Sangguaniang Kabataan Chairperson shall, with the
concurrence of the majority of the SK members, appoint from among the Katipunan ng Kabataan a
secretary and a treasurer;

WHEREAS, after the review of the qualifications of the SK Secretary stated in Section 10 and the
functions stated in Section 14 of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of the Republic Act No. 10742,
otherwise known as the “Sangguaniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015”, __________________meet the
stated qualifications;

NOW THEREFORE, in motion of Hon. Anna Rose F. Badilla, and unanimously seconded be it,

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that a resolution to approve and concur the appointment of
_____________________ as Sangguaniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay ___________, until the end
of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of the concerned
agencies.
