A RESOLUTION FOR CASH ADVANCE OF LINGGO NG KABATAAN CELEBRATION
EXPENSES WITH THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (10,000.00)

Authorizing the SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer to withdraw from the land bank of the
Philippines, Naval Branch the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (10,000.00)

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan made a resolution to withdraw from the land
bank of the Philippines, Naval Branch the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(10,000.00)

WHEREAS, Section 30, R.A. 10742, also known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of
2015 declares that, every barangay, municipality, city and province shall conduct an
annual activity to be known as the Linggo ng Kabataan to coincide with the International
Youth Day;

WHEREAS, the expenses such as snacks, meals, gasoline and others;

WHEREAS, the fund is available for this purpose with its allocated fund thru the budget
of Linggo ng Kabataan;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Carl Ivan Anthony D. Napalit the
concurrence of the body, hereby authorize the SK chairperson and SK treasurer to
withdraw the amount of ten thousand pesos only (10,000.00)

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the cash advance for Linggo ng Kabataan

expenses as per supporting papers hereto attached in the amount of ten thousand pesos
only (10,000.00)

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the DILG office, the
Sangguniang Barangay, and the same to all Officials and other offices concerned for
their information and guidance.
