RESOLUTION NO. 2
SERIES OF 2023

“RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. LEIMAR ALCABEDOS AS THE

BUDGET MONITORING OFFICER OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY
SALLACAPO.”

“WHEREAS, COA CIRCULAR No. 2020-003 prescribes the use of the Handbook of the
Financial Transactions of the Sangguniang Kabataan;

“WHEREAS, Section 3.12 of the Handbook on the Financial Transaction of the Sangguniang
Kabataan, provided that the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of
all the SK members shall designate a Budget Monitoring Officer (BMO) who shall be responsible in the
monitoring of budget and preparation of budget reports. The BMO shall come from the SK officials
except the SK Treasurer;

“WHEREAS, MS. LEIMAR ALCABEDOS possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang
Kabataan Budget Monitoring Officer as provided on the cited provision of the Handbook;

“NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of

MS. LEIMAR ALCABEDOS of Barangay Sallacapo, Sinait, Ilocos Sur until the end of the term of the
appointing authority unless sooner removed;

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given MS. LEIMAR ALCABEDOS
for her file, copy furnish the DILG City/ Municipal Government Operations Office and the Local Youth
Development Office of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, for their information and record;
