“RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REALIGNMENT OF SK PROJECTS FUNDED FROM THE

2016 TO 2017 10% SK FUND AMOUNTING TO FORTY-THREE THOUSAND THIRTY AND
TWENTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (Php 43, 030.27)”
WHEREAS, in lieu the Sangguniang Kabataan, a barangay youth task force was created which
was responsible in budgeting the Sangguniang Kabataan fund as well as its implementation.

WHEREAS, the newly elected Sangguniang Kabataan reviewed the balances of the continuing
appropriation as of 2016 to 2017 amounting to FORTY-THREE THOUSAND THIRTY AND
TWENTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (Php 43, 030.27) which was budgeted by the youth task force.

WHEREAS, the said four projects amounting to Php 43, 030.27 are not in consonance with the
utilization of SK Fund pursuant to Section 20 (c) of the SK Reform Act of 2015 which gives priority to
programs, projects and activities that will promote and ensure the equitable access to quality education,
environmental protection, climate change, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and
livelihood, health, including health services and adolescent sexual and reproductive health, anti-drug
abuse, gender sensitivity, sports development, capability building which emphasizes leadership training;

NOW THEREFORE, resolved as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Kabataan of

Barangay Casili, Santo Domingo, Ilocos Sur, approving the realignment of the following projects:

Reform Act of 2015.

“RESOLUTTION ENDORSING THE UTILIZATION OF THE UNEXPENDED BALANC OF

THE 10% SK FUND FROM THE PREVIOUS YEARS (2016-2017) TO THE SANGGUNIANG
BARANGAY FOR APPOVAL”

WHEREAS, the barangay treasurer certified the presence of unexpended balance of the 10% SK
fund from previous years in the amount of Php 43,030.27;

WHEREAS, the unimplemented10% SK Plan and Budget of Barangay Binongan, Santo

Domingo Ilocos Sur (see attached at the back).

WHEREAS, the said project amounting to Php 43,030.27 are not in consonance with the
utilization of SK Fund pursuant to Section 20 (c) of the SK Reform Act of 2015 which gives priority to
programs, projects and activities that will promote and ensure the equitable access to quality education,
environmental protection, climate change, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and
livelihood, health, including health services and adolescent sexual and reproductive health, anti-drug
abuse, gender sensitivity, sports development, capability building which emphasizes leadership training;

NOW THEREFORE, resolved as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Kabataan endorsing

the Sangguniang Barangay for the approval of the utilization of the unexpected balance of the 10% SK
Fund from the previous years of the following:
