RESOLUTION DECLARING THE SK CHAIRMAN POSITION AS VACANT AND

FILLING-UP OF THE SAME POSITION.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, Ms. Jean Marie G/ Binabae, Voluntarily resigned as SK Chairperson last October 31,
2022;

Whereas, such resignation created vacancy in the position of SK Chairperson;

Whereas, in the exigency of public service, Asmar A. Maisog was appointed as SK Chairperson
effective November 3, 2022, by virtue of succession being the first SK Kagawad in the rank;

Whereas, Asmar A. Maisog meets all the qualifications required as SK Chairperson pursuant to
Section 395 of the Local Government Code of 1991;

Whereas, it is provided by RA 7160, section ________ that the first Kagawad will assume as SK
Chiarperson by virtue of the law of succession as provided herein;

function of the Punong Barangay upon approval by a majority of all the members of the
Sangguniang Kabataan to appoint Asmar A. Maisog as the SK Chairperson pursuant to Section
389 (a) of the Local Government Code of 1991.

NOW THEREFORE

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the vacated position as been filled-up by virtue RA 7160;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the office of the
Municipal Local Government Operations Officer, Department of Interior and Local Government
Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte and to all offices concerned for information and appropriate action.

Adopted this 8th day of November 2022, at Barangay Canaway, Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte.
