A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. RISHEL MOJADO AS THE

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGGAY BENOLHO, ALBUERA, LEYTE.

Whereas, Section & of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act
of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK member (SK
Member) form among the members of the KK.

WHEREAS, Ms. Rishel Mojado possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary/Treasurer as provided under section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Ms. Rishel
Mojado of Baranggay Benolho, Albuera, Leyte until the end of the term of the appointing authority unless
sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Rishel Mojado for her file, copy
furnish the DILG City/Municipality Local Government Operations Office and the Local Youth
Development Office of Albuera , Leyte for their information and record.

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGGAY BENOLHO, ALBUERA, LEYTE.

Whereas, Section & of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act
of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK member (SK
Member) form among the members of the KK.

WHEREAS, Mr. Archie S. Rosal possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan
