Ladies and Gentlemen:

Now and year ahead our Barangay Lamac is a GOD fearing

community living in a greener environment with concrete program
of waste management and youth development , introduce skills in
knowledge in modern farming and enjoying stable economy under
responsible and accountable public servants . That the goal is to
promote tourist attraction in the community, conduct
environmental activities, introduce livelihood program, strengthen
youth development and normal recovery, generate revenue prompt
delivery of basic services and encourage people participation to
spear headstrong and dynamic leadership with transparent
governance, which is the local Government Code 1991, delegates to
the Barangay, the role as serving as primary planning and
implementing unit of the Government Policies, Plans, Programs,
Projects and Activities.

As presiding officer base from emergency session held in

our session hall at Barangay Lamac, I have the honor to present to
you , the Honorable August Body our Budget Calendar Year
amounting ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND AND
THREE HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS AND EIGHTY SIX CENTAVOS
