AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1, SK FUND, SERIES OF 2022 OF

BARANGAY EVANGELISTA, TAYUG, PANGASINAN AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATION THEREOF.

Introduce by: SK Member FRANCIS SALAGUBANG

Be it ordained in Meeting assembled:

Section 1. The SK Supplemental Budget of Evangelista, Tayug, Pangasinan for Fiscal Year 2022 in the
total amount of One Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php 136,990.00)
covering the various expenditures of the Sangguniang Kabataan for FY 2022 in hereby approved.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made an integral part
of this ordinance.

1. Statement of Funding Source

2. Statement of SK Supplemental Appropriation
3. SK Supplemental Local Youth Development Plan

Section 2. SOURCES OF FUND. The sources of fund for Supplemental Budget in the total amount of One
Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php 136,990.00) shall be as follows:

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HEREIN ATTACHED SK SUPPLEMENTAL LOCAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF
BARANGAY EVANGELISTA, TAYUG, PANGASINAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022 TO THE HONORABLE SANGGUNIANG
BAYAN OF TAYUG, PANGASINAN FOR APPROPRIATE MEASURES.

WHEREAS, acting upon the resolution submitted by the Sangguniang Kabataan together with the SK Supplemental
Local Youth Development Plan for Calendar Year 2022, this Council had decided unanimously to approve and endorse to
the Honorable Municipal Council for proper resolution and appropriate.

WHEREAS, it is hereby approved further the proposal project contained in the SK Supplemental Local Youth
Development Plan;

WHEREAS, the appropriation for the SK Supplemental Budget in the amount of Php 136,990.00;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Kabataan Member Francis Salagubang duly seconded by all the
members present, it was;

RESOLVED, that the proposed project contained in the SK Supplemental Local Youth Development Plan for
Calendar Year 2022 is hereby approved;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable Sangguniang Bayan
Members for their information and reference.

IT IS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 2nd day of December, 2022 at Barangay Evangelista, Tayug, Pangasinan.

SK Chair Allas : Good Morning, everyone, Before we start this meeting, may I call on Sangguniang Kabataan Member
Kimberly Dairo to lead a short prayer.

SK Member Dairo: Thank you Mr. Chairman. Let us all stand and put ourselves in the presence of prayer in Jesus Name we
pray, AMEN…

SK Chair Allas : Thank you SK Kagawad Dairo. To continue, I am calling SK Secretary James Paule Erese to determine if
we have a quorum for today`s meeting.

SK Sec. Erese: Good morning, everyone Mr. Chairman, for today`s meeting December 2 ,2022 at 5:00 o`clock in the
afternoon, we have here present the six (6) Sangguniang Kabataan Members, including the SK Secretary
and SK Treasurer, with this number , I declare that there is a quorum.

SK Chair Allas Having been declared that there is a quorum, we now start the meeting, Let us tackle the agenda for this
meeting. We are here to discuss our proposed 2022 SK Supplemental Budget and Local Development
Youth Plan has a total amount of Php 136,990.00 from the Current Appropriation of 10% SK fund. I am
endorsing to the body for approval the proposed reversions of the projects under the 2022 SK Fund, our
LDYP has listed projects opted to realign these funds. The reversion has a total amount of Php 136,990.00
and will appropriated for the following activities : Outreach program for kinder and daycare students –
35,000.00, Sports Material Basketball Ball -16,000.00, Solar Lights 33,000.00, Environment (Clean and
Green) 15,000.00, Other Services (SK Office Equipment) 37,990.00. The Outreach program are for the
children to help with their nutrition. The Sports Material are for the Kabataan to engage in sports
activities rather than doing vices. Solar Lights are for the Half Basketball court to be able to use during
night time. Clean and green will be use to help our community always clean and safe from diseases.The
SK Office equipment are gonna be used on buying and installing a split type airconditioner on the Office
of the Sangguniang Kabataan. These are the suggested projects and I hope everybody will act positively
on these Sk propositions. That`s all. May I know from the body if you have any questions or objections
whatsoever regarding the supplemental.

SK chair Allas: Yes, SK kagawad Mylene Nera stand please for you are recognized.

SK Kagawad Nera: Thank you, Mr. chairman The proposed project for the supplemental 2022 is a big help on our children in
the barangay and it will help our community Iwill support it and I have no questions

SK Chair Allas: It has been moved by SK Kagawad Francis Salagubang and seconded by all members present. The SK
supplemental Budget and Local development Youth Plan in the amount of Php 136,990.00 for calendar
year 2022 is hereby approved.
