    A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) OF THE


    SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY EVANGELISTA TAYUG, PANGASINAN .

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Government of Evangelista has duly constituted its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) by
    virtue of Executive Order No. 02 Series of 2019 DATED March 30, 2019 and pursuant to RA 9184 also known as the
    Government Reform Act;

    WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) shall be responsible for ensuring that the Procuring enable abides
    by the standards set forth by the Republic Act. 9184 and Implements Rules and Regulation.

    WHEREAS, the amount of Eight Thousand Only (PHP 8,000.00) from the Sangguiniang Kabataan Budget for a Office
    Supplies for the Sangguniang Kabataan Office.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of BAC Chairman. Francis Salagubang duly seconded by all present, be it.
    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Sangguniang
    Kabataan of Barangay Evangelista Tayug, Pangasinan be establishing with the following composition and function.
