RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. KARRYL MAE. R. AMADO AS SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY GAONGAN, SIPOCOT, CAMARINES SUR.

WHEREAS, Republic Act. No. 10742, otherwise known as the SK Reform Act. Of 2015, mandates the appointment
of an SK Secretary by the SK Chairperson from the Katipunan ng Kabataan who will be in charge of keeping all the records of
the Katipunan ng Kabataan, preparing the minutes of the meetings of both the Sangguniang Kabataan and the Katipunan ng
Kabataan, posting of the resolutions approved by the SK, annual and end-of-term reports on the programs and projects
implemented by the SK, ABYIP and CBYDP, and such other duties as may be directed by the SK Chairperson;

WHEREAS Sk Chairperson Lynneth B. Dolado has appointed Karryl Mae R. Amado as Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary of this Barangay and submit such appointment for concurrence of this body;

WHEREAS Ms. Karryl Mae R. Amado possesses all the qualification for Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary and none
of the disqualification as set forth as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act. 10742;

NOW THEREFORE, on the motion by Hon. Charlotte Amado duly seconded by Hon. Michael Garcia be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sanggunian, to occur with the appointment of Ms. Karryl Mae R.
Amado as Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Gaongan Sipocot, Camarines Sur
 RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned officer for their information and
appropriate action.

BARANGAY GAONGAN, SIPOCOT CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, KARRYL MAE R. AMADO were appointed as Sangguniang Kabataan Secretaryof Barangay Gaongan,
Sipocot Camarines Sur.

WHEREAS, there is no need for the Sangguniang KABATAAN to confirm the appointment of the above-named
person;
WHEREFORE, on motion presented by Hon. Charlotte Amado, duly seconded unanimously, be it;

RESOLVED, to confirm as it is hereby confirming the appointment of KARRYL MAE R. AMADO, as SK Secretary
of Barangay Gaongan, Sipocot, Camarines Sur effective this DECEMBER 3, 2023

RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. LESLIE MAE M. FERRER AS SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY GAONGAN, SIPOCOT, CAMARINES SUR.

WHEREAS, Republic Act. No. 10742, otherwise known as the SK Reform Act. Of 2015, mandates the appointment of an SK
Treasurer by the SK Chairperson from the Katipunan ng Kabataan who will be in charge of taking custody of all Sangguniang
Kabataan property and funds; collect and receive contributions, monies, materials, and all other resources intended for the SK
and the Katipunan ng Kabataan; serve as cosignatory in all withdrawals from the SK Funds and disburse funds in accordance
with the approved annual; certify to the availability of the SK funds whenever necessary and submit to the SK and to the
Sangguniang Barangay certified and detailed statements of actual income and expenditures at the end the quarter and posting of
the same in the barangay bulletin board and in at least three days; render report during the regular Katipunan ng Kabataan
assembly on the financial status of the SK and perform such other duties and discharge such other functions as the SK
Chairperson may prescribe or direct;

WHEREAS Sk Chairperson Lynneth B. Dolado has appointed Leslie Mae Ferrer as Sangguniang Kabataan
Treasurer of this Barangay and submit such appointment for concurrence of this body;

WHEREAS Ms. Leslie Mae M. Ferrer possesses all the qualification for Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer and none
of the disqualification as set forth as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act. 10742;

NOW THEREFORE, on the motion by Hon Eljay Lumen duly seconded by Hon. James Ogayon be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sanggunian, to occur with the appointment of Ms. Leslie Mae Ferrer as
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Barangay Gaongan Sipocot, Camarines Sur;
 RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned officer for their information and
appropriate action.
