CALL TO ORDER:
The session was called to order by the Presiding Officer JASPHER YAGIN at 9:00 o’clock in
the morning.

OPENING PRAYER
Simultaneously, an opening prayer was led by SK Member Winnie Medrano.

ROLL CALL:
On motion of SK Kagawad Mariel Medrano, roll call was dispensed with and the Presiding
Officer declared a quorum.

BUSINESS OF THE DAY:

REVISED COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP)

The Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) of Barangay Baracbac were gathered for the presentation
and concurrence of the revised Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP).
After the presentation of the plan, on motion of KK Member MARIEL MEDRANO and duly
seconded by KK Member HANNAH FAYE REGUCERA and all KK’s present, the council authored KK
Resolution No. 1 Series of 2023 - RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE REVISED THREE (3) YEAR
COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF BARANGAY
BARACBAC, SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR was passed and approved.

ADJOURNMENT:
Since there were no other matters to be discussed or to be taken up, the session was
adjourned at exactly 12:00 PM on motion of Presiding Officer JASPHER YAGIN and duly
seconded by KK Member MARIEL MEDRANO.

Series of 2023

RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE REVISED THREE (3) YEAR COMPREHENSIVE

BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF BARANGAY BARACBAC,
SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of the Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the
“Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015” and its implementing rules and regulations, the
SK, in consulting and with concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, shall formulate a three
(3) year rolling plan, which shall be known as Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development
Plan (CBYDP), which shall serve as the legal basis for the preparation of Annual Barangay
Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP). This plan shall be aligned with the Philippine Youth
Development Plan (PYDP) and the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) of the Province in
the City/ Municipality, and provincial as is relevant;

WHEREAS, the proposed programs, projects, and activities which concentrated on the 6
centers of youth development as established in the revised Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan (CBYDP) was presented for concurrence by the Katipunan ng Kabataan
(KK) during the conduct of the Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly Meeting held at the session
hall Barangay Baracbac Sinait, Ilocos Sur on March 18, 2023;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of KK Member MARIEL MEDRANO and duly seconded by KK

Member HANNAH FAYE REGUCERA and all KK’s present, RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED by the Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay Baracbac in meeting assembled, to
concur THE REVISED THREE (3) YEAR COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF BARANGAY BARACBAC SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR.

“RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies to the Sangguniang Kabataan, Sangguniang

Barangay, DILG, LYDO, Municipal Budget Office and other government agencies concerned for
their information.

Meeting held at the session hall Barangay Baracbac Sinait, Ilocos Sur on March 18, 2023 at
9:00 o’ clock in the morning.

Upon motion of SK Member Mariel Medrano and duly seconded by SK Member

Hannah Faye Regucera and all SK Officials present, the council authored SK Resolution
No. 4 Series of 2023 - RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE REVISED THREE (3) YEAR
COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF
BARANGAY BARACBAC, SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR was adopted and approved.

BARANGAY BARACBAC, SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR.

SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR.
