RESOLUTION NO.02 SERIES OF 2023

“SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL

BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN (ABYIP) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023 IN
THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWENTY SIX PESOS
815,026.40. ”

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of R.A. 10742, one of the functions the Sangguniang
Kabataan is to prepare of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program. This plan
shall be aligned with the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and Local Youth
Development Plans in the provincial and municipal level;

WHEREAS, through the combined efforts of the SK Council of Barangay Tubajon with
the leadership of its SK Chairman, Reese B. Oguis formulation of Annual Barangay
Youth Investment Program;

WHEREAS, the SK Council of Barangay Tubajon ensures the implementation of

policies, programs and projects as contained in the Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program, in coordination with the Sangguniang Barangay and the Municipal or City
Youth Development Council;

NOW THEREFORE, after proper deliberation, on motion by SK Kagawad, Joshua
Melallos and duly seconded by the all members present. It was resolved as the body
does hereby,

LET IT BE RESOLVED, SK COUNCIL OF BARANGAY TUBAJON,

LAGUIDINGAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL HEREBY APPROVES THE ANNUAL
BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR 2023.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the offices

concerned duly certified by the SK Secretary for their information and appropriate
action.
