RESOLUTION NO.3
SERIES OF 2020

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2021 ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM

(ABYIP) OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY GUISGUIS, STA. CRUZ ZAMBALES
AS INCORPORATED IN THE ANNUAL BUDGET.

WHEREAS, the 2020 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) shall be based from the
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan.

WHEREAS, the ABYIP of the SangguniangKabataan of Barangay Guisguis, Sta. Cruz, Zambales contains specific
programs, projects, and activities with corresponding project costs;

WHEREAS, the ABYIP includes priority PPA’s that will promote equitable access to quality education,
environment protection, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and
livelihood, health and anti-drug abuse, gender sensitivity, sports development and capability building which
emphasizes leadership training;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Joan M. Cabarlo duly seconded by all SK Members present;
BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, the approval of the 2021 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program
of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Guisguis, Sta. Cruz Zambales;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and
appropriate action.
