RESOLUTION NO. 103

“APPROVING THE RESOLUTION FROM BARANGAY POBLACION TO ALLOCATE

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AMOUNTING THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 30,000.00) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FACE MASKS AND FOOD
AND SNACKS FOR COVID-19 INTER-AGENCY TASK FORCE OF
BARANGAY POBLACION, THIS MUNICIPALITY”

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan, during its Regular Session on May 5, 2020
weightily discussed the request from Barangay Poblacion asking financial assistance to Hon.
Allan C. Bernal for the purchase of face masks for BPATs and BHWs and food and snacks for
the Inter-Agency Task Force manning the entry and exit points due to COVID-19 threat;

WHEREAS, during the deliberation, it was affirmatively agreed to grant the request
chargeable to “legislative support” fund of the Sangguniang Bayan.

NOW THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, to:

APPROVE THE RESOLUTION FROM BARANGAY POBLACION TO

ALLOCATE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AMOUNTING THIRTY THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 30,000.00) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FACE MASKS AND
FOOD AND SNACKS FOR COVID-19 INTER-AGENCY TASK FORCE OF
BARANGAY POBLACION, THIS MUNICIPALITY to be sourced out from
“legislative support” fund of the Sangguniang Bayan

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution the following dignitaries

for their appropriate disposition and the Barangays concerned for their information.

 The Brgy. Council of Poblacion
Thru the Brgy. Captain
