RESOLUTION NO. 104

Series of 2020

“APPROVING THE RESOLUTION FROM BARANGAY BAHI TO ALLOCATE

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AMOUNTING TEN THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 10,000.00) FOR THE FOOD AND SNACKS OF COVID-19
IATF OF BRGY. BAHI, THIS MUNICIPALITY”

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan, during its Regular Session on May 5, 2020,
thoroughly discussed the request from Barangay Bahi asking financial assistance from Hon.
Allan C. Bernal for the meal expenses of the Inter-Agency Task Force manning the entry and
exit points at the said barangay due to COVID-19 threat;

WHEREAS, the barangay can no longer cover the said expenses, hence, the solicitation
from the Municipal Vice Mayor who affirmatively agreed to grant the request chargeable to
“other services” fund of the Sangguniang Bayan.

NOW THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, to:

APPROVE THE RESOLUTION FROM BARANGAY BAHI TO ALLOCATE

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AMOUNTING TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php
10,000.00) FOR THE FOOD AND SNACKS OF COVID-19 IATF OF BRGY.
BAHI, THIS MUNICIPALITY to be sourced out from “other services” fund of
the Sangguniang Bayan

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution the following dignitaries

for their appropriate disposition and the Barangay concerned for their information.
