“EXTENDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS

(P15,000.00) TO BARANGAY SUA IN SUPPORT TO THE ACTIVITIES SET IN
CELEBRATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY”

WHEREAS, Barangay Sua is set to celebrate its founding anniversary and will be
holding various activities in commemoration of this event;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan recognizes the importance of supporting the

community in its celebrations and promoting a sense of unity and pride among its constituents;

WHEREAS, during the deliberation, it was favorably agreed to grant P15,000.00 to

BLGU Sua, chargeable to the “Other Services” Fund of the Sangguniang Bayan.
NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, to:

EXTEND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,000.00) TO

BARANGAY SUA IN SUPPORT TO THE ACTIVITIES SET IN CELEBRATION OF ITS
FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY chargeable against the “Other Services” Fund of the
Sangguniang Bayan

RESOLVED FURTHER, that said extended amount shall be transferred from the “Other
Services Fund” under the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan to the “Executive Support Fund” under

the Office of the Executive to give due credence to the Legislative Office to concerned Barangays and/or
offices/agencies, and for disposition and distribution thereof;

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, to attach Resolution No. 3, s. 2023 of Barangay Sua for

reference;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the following personalities and
dignitaries for their information, guidance, and appropriate action:

1. The Municipal Mayor

3. The Concerned Barangay Council:
Sua, Thru the Brgy. Captain
4. The COA
