The Sangguniang Kabataan ng San Nicolas, a Government Office existing under the laws of the
REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, with address at San Nicolas Sta. Ana, Pampanga, represented
herein by HON. JOHN PAUL C. TURLA and hereinafter referred to as the SK CHAIRMAN

WITNESSETH, that:
WHEREAS, the aforementioned Parties desire to enter into the herein described agreement in
which they shall work together to accomplish the goals and objectives set forth;

AND WHEREAS, the Parties are desirious to enter an understanding, thus setting out all
necessary working arrangments that both Parties agree shall be necessary to complete this;
