WHEREAS, Mr. Emerson O. Esteban, a resident of Brgy. San Jose, San Nicolas, Pangasinan, son of
Mr. Edward and Mrs. Emelinda Esteban, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology in
Panpacific University North Philippines – Tayug Campus, Tayug, Pangasinan was among the 11,098
examinees out of 33,489 who successfully hurdled the recent October 2022 Licensure Examination for
Crminologists;

WHEREAS, Mr. Esteban have demonstrated the preparedness to go up against life’s greater board
examination to achieve the end goal of success;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan recognizes the discipline, strength and perseverance of Mr.

COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING MS. LIZLIE A. FERNANDEZ

OF BARANGAY SALINGCOB, SAN NICOLAS, PANGASINAN FOR PASSING
THE 2022 LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR TEACHERS

WHEREAS, Ms. Lizlie A. Fernandez, a resident of Brgy. Salingcob, San Nicolas, Pangasinan,
daughter of Mr. Roslim and Mrs. Epifania Fernandez, a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education,
Major in History (Social Science) in Luna Colleges Inc., Tayug, Pangasinan was among the 71,080
examinees out of 139,534 who successfully hurdled the recent October 2022 Licensure Examination
for Teachers;

WHEREAS, Mrs. Rodrigo have demonstrated the preparedness to go up against life’s greater board
examination to achieve the end goal of success;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan recognizes the discipline, strength and perseverance of Mrs.
Rodrigo to be able to pass such a difficult examination showing that indeed hard work and discipline
pay off;

WHEREAS, this Body appreciates the distinct honor to the municipality as Mrs. Rodrigo passed the
said examination and reaped honors not only for herself, but as well as for her family and ultimately for
the municipality, contributing greatly to its wealth of human resources.

NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled, to

COMMEND AND CONGRATULATE MS. LIZLIE A. FERNANDEZ OF BARANGAY SALINGCOB,
SAN NICOLAS, PANGASINAN FOR PASSING THE 2022 LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Local Chief

OF BARANGAY SAN RAFAEL WEST, SAN NICOLAS, PANGASINAN FOR PASSING
THE 2022 LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR TEACHERS

WHEREAS, Mr. Jeffrey , a resident of Brgy. Sta. Maria West, San Nicolas, Pangasinan, daughter of
Mr. Alfredo and Mrs. Lourdes Mercado, a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in
Physical Education, Health and Music (PEHM), in Urdaneta City University, Urdaneta City,
Pangasinan was among the 71,080 examinees out of 139,534 who successfully hurdled the recent
