WHEREAS, Mr. Angelo C. Quindala, a resident of Brgy. Poblacion East, San Nicolas, Pangasinan, son of Mrs.
Marilou C. Quindala, a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Music, Arts, Physical Education
and Health (MAPEH) in Panpacific University North Philippines, Tayug, Pangasinan was among the 71,080
examinees out of 139,534 who successfully hurdled the recent October 2022 Licensure Examination for
Teachers;

WHEREAS, Mr. Quindala have demonstrated the preparedness to go up against life’s greater board
examination to achieve the end goal of success;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan recognizes the discipline, strength and perseverance of Mr. Quindala to be
able to pass such a difficult examination showing that indeed hard work and discipline pay off;

WHEREAS, this Body appreciates the distinct honor to the municipality as Mr. Quindala passed the said
examination and reaped honors not only for himself, but as well as for his family and ultimately for the

WHEREAS, Ms. Danica D. Rioveros, a resident of Brgy. Poblacion East, San Nicolas, Pangasinan, daughter of
Mr. David and Mrs. Conchita Rioveros, a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education in Luna Colleges Inc.,
Tayug, Pangasinan was among the 49,783 examinees out of 91,468 who successfully hurdled the recent
October 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers;

WHEREAS, Ms. Rioveros have demonstrated the preparedness to go up against life’s greater board
examination to achieve the end goal of success;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan recognizes the discipline, strength and perseverance of Ms. Rioveros to be
able to pass such a difficult examination showing that indeed hard work and discipline pay off;

WHEREAS, this Body appreciates the distinct honor to the municipality as Ms. Rioveros passed the said
