ADOPTING THE KASIMBAYANAN (KAPULISA N, SIMBAHAN AT

PAMAYANAN)PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE PROGRAM FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION
IN THE BARANGAY SAN MIGUEL BANI, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, the Barangay San Miguel, Bani, Pangasinan pursuant to Section 16 of the RA
7160 adopts measures to promote and ensure public safety and order, and thereby enjoins
the full support of it people in maintaining at all times the peace and order in the barangay;

WHEREAS, this August body has high regard to the KASIMBAYANAN Program
(Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan), a revitalized program that bridges the Philippine
national Police, the general public, faith-based organization and the key stake holders
towards peaceful, safe and protected communities;

WHEREAS, with the PNP-Bani Police Force’s effort to work hand in hand with the
Barangay San Miguel of Bani, the KASIMBAYANAN Program will truly maximize the
cooperation and contribution of the church and the community towards peaceful and
orderly situation in the entire barangay.

WHEREFORE, upon motion on Barangay Kagawad Albert O. Peralta, committee on Peace

and Order, duly seconded by Kgd. Danilo T. Minor it was;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt the KASIMBAYANAN (Kapulisan,

Simbahan at Pamayanan), Philippine National Police Program for implementation in
Barangay San Miguel, bani, Pangasinan
RESOLVED , FINALLY, to forward copies of this resolution to the Municipal mayor,
Facundo O. Palafox Jr. , PMaj. Dennis Cabigat, the Office in-charge, PNP Bani and all
concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
