RESOLUTION NO. 01
Series of 2023

Resolution Adopting the Committee Chairpersons and Members of the Standing

Committees and Creating House Rules of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Lipay-
Dingin-Panibuatan of Municipality of Iba, Province of Zambales

WHEREAS, Presented for consideration by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay

Lipay-Dingin-Panibuatan, Iba, Zambales are the following, to wit:
Resolution Adopting the Committee Chairperson and Members of the Standing
Committees of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Lipay-Dingin-Panibuatan, Iba,
Zambales
NOW THEREFORE, On motion of Barangay Kagawad Nestor R. Valdez duly
seconded by Barangay Kagawad Jane D. Rabaja and with the unanimous accord by all
members present, be it RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO Adopt as it is hereby
 Adopted the foregoing Resolution Adopting the Committee Chairmen and Members of the
Standing Committees of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Lipay-Dingin-Panibuatan,
Iba, Zambales;

WHEREAS, the presiding Officer/ Punong Barangay VICTOR S. BUENAVENTURA also

brought out to the body the guidelines of duties and responsibility as public servant of the
Barangay their must be a rules to follow;
 1. That the Sangguniang Barangay shall be have at (2) two regular Session Monthly.
Scheduled every first Monday and second Monday of the Month.
2. That each of the Sangguniang Barangay must have the Officer of the Day in the
Barangay in rotation process;
3. That SK Chairman and Sangguniang Kabataan take their duty Daily in rotation
Process.
4. That any Barangay Officials who makes absent without reasonable reason during
Regular Session and Duties shall fine of Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00), each
absent shall be deducted on their Honorarium.
5. Any absences without any legal basis or justify shall not be honored.
6. All barangay Officials are required to be in proper uniform attire during regular
session.
7. The amount of penalties collected will be in the Treasurer’s Possession and to be
added to barangay fund.

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of the Sangguniang Barangay CYNTHIA Q. GONZALES ,

duly seconded by the body present To create a mandatory House Rules of the
Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Lipay-Dingin-Panibuatan, Iba, Zambales, covered the
terms of CY 2023-2025;

RESOLVED FURTHER, To forward copies of the resolution to all concerned for their
perusal, guidance and appropriate action.
