SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY RESOLUTION 006-2024

A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CONGRESSMAN

SALVADOR “ADOR” PLEYTO, REPRESENTATIVE 6TH DISTRICT OF BULACAN FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF THREE (3) DAY CARE CENTERS AT SITIOS OF KAYPAYA CRUSHER ,
OLD BARRIO AND LOOBAN AND ALSO PROVISION OF (6) UNITS OF AIR CONDITIONER FOR
DAY CARE CENTERS AT LOOBAN, KAYPAYA, SETTLING. COC, RIVERSIDE AND OLD
BARRIO, BARANGAY BIGTE, NORZAGARAY, BULACAN.
WHEREAS, RA 7160 provides that the basic services in the Barangay includes the provision of an
efficient and comfortable Day Care Center and facilities;
WHEREAS, RA 6972, otherwise known as the “Day Care Law”, provides the need for the total
development of children through mental stimulation activities and wholesome recreation;
WHEREAS, for the development of children to be more effective , the Barangay is in need of
Rehabilitation of Three (3) Day Care Centers at Kaypaya Crusher, Old Barrio and Looban and also Provision of
6 units of AirCon for Day Care Centers at Looban, Kaypaya, Settling, COC, Riverside and Old Barrio.
WHEREAS, the barangay has limited and meager resources for the aforementioned projects thus, we
are constrained to seek assistance from the benevolent Hon. Congressman Salvador “Ador” Pleyto for the
provision of the above mentioned projects ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the
Hon. Congressman Salvador “Ador” Pleyto , Representative of 6 th District of Bulacan for the Rehabilitation of
Three (3) Day Care Centers at Kaypaya Crusher, Old Barrio and Looban and also Provision of 6 units of
AirCon for Day Care Centers at Looban, Kaypaya, Settling, COC, Riverside and Old Barrio ;
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to furnish copy of this Resolution to Hon. Congressman Salvador “Ador”
Pleyto for his utmost consideration.
On motion of Member Hon. Dennis R. Condat , duly seconded, the foregoing resolution was
unanimously approved.
