A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SK CHAIRPERSON HON. JOHN JOSEPH REI P. DE

RAMOS AND SK TREASURER ROSEANN R. BARRAMEDA TO OPEN CURRENT
ACCOUNT WITH PHILIPPINE VETERANS BANK NAGA CITY BRANCH TO BE
DEPOSITORY BANK UNDER THE NAME OF SK CARANAN.

WHEREAS, pursuant to RA 10742 Sec. 20, Paragraph 2; the Sangguniang Kabataan

shall financial independence in each operation disbursement and encashment of their funds,
income expenditures.

WHEREAS, the authorized signatories for the Sangguniang Kabataan current Bank
Account will be the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman Hon. John Joseph Rei P. De Ramos and
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer Roseann R. Barrameda they are authorized to withdraw,
encash, deposit to transact with Philippine Veterans Bank Naga Branch

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sanggunaing Kabataan member Hon. Marc David R.

Bigueja, duly and unanimously seconded by the body and open show of hands. BE IT
RESOLVED, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Caranan, Pasacao, Camarines Sur to
authorized SK Chirperson John Joseph Rei P. De Ramos and SK Treasurer Roseann R.
Barrameda to open a current account with Philippine Veterans Bank Naga Branch under the
Name SK Caranan to be the official depository bank of the Sangguniang Kabataan of
Barangay Caranan, Pasacao, Camarines Sur.

Resolved Further, to furnish a copy of this resolution to Philippine Veterans Bank Naga
Branch, for their information and favorable action.

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. ROSEANN R. BARRAMEDA

AS SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY CARANAN, PASACAO,
CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang

Kabataan reform act of 2015 RA the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by
the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson John Joseph Rei P. De Ramos with the concurrence
of the majority of all SK Members Zian Lester C. Mendoza from among the members of the
KK.

WHEREAS, Ms. Roseann R. Barrameda possesses all the qualification for a

Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer as provide under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved in its hereby resolved to conform the appoint of Ms.
Roseann R. Barrameda of Barangay Caranan, Pasacao, Camarines Sur. Until the end of the
term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FUTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Roseann R.

Barrameda for this file, copy furnish the DILG/ Municipal Local Government Operations Office
and the Local Youth Development Office of Pasacao, Camarines Sur for their information and

Kabataan reform act of 2015 RA 10742 the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be

PROGRAMS/PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (PPA’s) ON MAINTENANCE AND OTHER
OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE). THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY SIX THOUSAND TWELVE
PESOS ONLY (Php36,012.00) TO COVER APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE SPECIFIC
PROGRAMS /PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES ON MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING
EXPENSES (MOOE) IN ANNUAL BUDGET CALENDAR YEAR 2023.”

 WHEREAS, in session assembled by the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Caranan, It was
found out that the said specific PPA’s is insufficient and in need for augmetation to cover the
expenses.

WHEREAS, in session assembled by the Sangguniang KAbataan ng Caranan, It was

found out that there a specific unutilized balances amounting to THIRTY SIX THOUSAND
TWELVE PESOS ONLY (Php36,012.00) and be augmented for the following Program/Project
Activities (PPA’s).

WHEREAS, in session assembled by the Sangguniang KAbataan ng Caranan, the

afore mentioned declared for augmentation were approved by the body.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sanggunaing Kabataan member Hon. Aliza MAe L.

Pantino, Chairman, Committee on Appropriation and jointly seconded by the Sangguniang
Kabataan member present, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the approved amount THIRTY SIX

THOUSAND TWELVE PESOS ONLY (Php36,012.00) only were augmented to specific
PPA’s shown on table above.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnish to all office concerned
for their reference and information purposes.
