A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NEWLY ELECTED PUNONG BARANGAY, MR. MARIO DR.
ALCANTARA, AND THE NEWLY APPOINTED BARANGAY TREASURER, MS. PRISCILLA A.
CANUTO, AS THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS DULY AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES OF THE CURRENT
ACCOUNT MAINTAINED AT LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, WEST AVENUE BRANCH.

WHEREAS, pursuant to RA 7160, the administration and custody of the Barangay Fund is
amongst the function and duties of the Punong Barangay and the Barangay Treasurer;

WHEREAS, in order to facilitate the conduct of the financial transactions of the Barangay,
there is a necessity to designate legal and authorized signatories in behalf of the Barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVES, by the Sangguniang

Barangay in its regular session assembled, approving the designation of the Punong Barangay
Mario DR. Alcantara and the Barangay Treasurer Priscilla A. Canuto, as the Barangay Officials duly
authorized signatories of the current account maintained with Landbank of the Philippines, West
Avenue Branch.
