A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. EDGARDO T. PEJI TO ACT AS A BARANGAY

TREASURER OF BARANGAY PALIGAWAN, SILANG, CAVITE, IN REPLACEMENT TO
THE POSITION OF BARANGAY TRASURER MARITA A. CAGABHION.

WHEREAS, the Barangay came up to a memorandum agreement to have an immediate decision to

replace the former Barangay Treasurer Marita A. Cagabhion.

WHEREAS, the position of Barangay Treasurer is being vacant,

WHEREAS, the body of the council anonymously agreed to appoint MR. EDGARDO T. PEJI as a
replacement for the vacant position as Barangay Treasurer.

NOW THEREFORE; on the motion of Barangay Hon. SB Eugeniano M. Pereṅa and Hon. Roberto T.
Almendras, Committee on Finance, it has;
RESOLVED, as it resolved to approve by the whole Sangguniang Barangay assembles Special Session
majority of the Councils present have agreed to appoint MR. EDGARDO T. PEJI as a NEW Barangay
Treasurer of Barangay Paligawan, Silang, Cavite to jandle the vacant position of Barangay Treasurer
effective 3rd day of January, 2022.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the Office of the DILG for their
information and utmost consideration.

UNNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 3rd day of January, 2022 at the Barangay Hall, Barangay
Paligawan, Silang, Cavite.

APPOINTMENT LETTER
( Sangguniang Barangay Treasurer )

TO: MR. EDGARDO T. PEJI

Pursuant to Section 7 of Rpublic of the Philippines Act 10742, otherwise

known as Sangguniang Barangay Reform Act of 2015, YOU are hereby appointed
as Sangguniang Barangay Treasurer of Barangay Paligawan, Silang, Cavite
effective upon taking your oath of office and undergoing the Sangguniang
Barangay Mandatory Training shall serve in such capacity with all the rights,
privileges and responsibilities appurtenant there to until the end of the term of the
appointing authority unless sooner removed.
