A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF JUANITA M. GANILA AS BARANGAY TREASURER

OF BARANGAY COLUPAN BAJO, SINACABAN, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL.

WHEREAS, Juanita M. Ganila meets all the qualifications required as Barangay Treasurer pursuant
to Section 395 of the Local Government Code of 1991;

WHEREAS, it is the function of the Sangguniang Barangay to concur the appointment of Juanita
M. Ganila as Barangay Treasurer;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Tessie M. Mesagrande duly seconded by Kagawad

Teresita V. Palarao;

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY of Barangay

Colupan Bajo, Sinacaban, Misamis Occidental by virtue of the powers vested in it by law, do hereby concur
the appointment of JUANITA M. GANILA as Barangay Treasurer effective January 1, 2020;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Municipal
Local Government Operations Officer, Department of Interior and Local Government, Sinacaban, Misamis
Occidental, and to all offices concerned for information and appropriate action.

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF JUANITA M. GANILA AS BARANGAY TREASURER OF

BARANGAY COLUPAN BAJO, SINACABAN, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL.

WHEREAS, Juanita M. Ganila resigned as Barangay Treasurer effective September 30, 2015;
WHEREAS, such resignation created a vacancy in the position of Barangay Treasurer;
WHEREAS, in the exigency of public service, Tesilyn S. Lindero was appointed as Barangay Treasurer
effective October 1, 2015;
WHEREAS, Tesilyn S. Lindero meets all the qualifications required as Barangay Treasurer pursuant to
Section 395 of the Local Government Code of 1991;
WHEREAS, it is the function of the Sangguniang Barangay to concur the appointment of Tesilyn S.
Lindero as Barangay Treasurer;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Gemma B. Sumbo and duly seconded by Kagawad Joeberto D.
Bañes;
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY of Barangay Gines,
Zarraga, Iloilo, by virtue of the powers vested in it by law, do hereby concur the appointment of TESILYN
S. LINDERO as Barangay Treasurer effective October 1, 2015;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Municipal Local
Government Operations Officer, Department of Interior and Local Government, Zarraga, Iloilo, and to
all offices concerned for information and appropriate action. ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2015 at

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BDRRMC RESOLUTION NO. ____ FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE
BARANGAY RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN 2018.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Risk Reduction and Management Council presented the BDRRM Plan for Fiscal
Year 2018;

WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation of the resolution, it was found out it conforms to the provision
of the existing laws and guidelines;

NOW THEREFORE; On Joint motion made by the Barangay Council present, it was

RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves the BDRRMC Resolution No. ___ S, 2018 Re: “A Resolution
for the Approval of the Barangay Disaster Reduction and Management (BDRRM) Plan for FY
2018.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Municipal Disaster Risk
Reduction Management Council (MDRRMC) Chairperson, Office of the MDRRMC, this
municipality for information and favorable consideration.
