A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION IN USING, PICAR COMPOUND PUROK

19 CAMP SAN GABRIEL, BARANGAY MINTAL AS THE PRESENT BUSINESS ADDRESS
OF THE OFFICE OF CREATING OPPORTUNITIES IN BUILDING RESILIENCE, INC.

WHEREAS, Creating Opportunities in Building Resilience is a non-stock Corporation

registered with Securities and Exchange Commission with company registration number CN
201846003;

WHEREAS, the purpose of the business is to provide or conduct disaster seminars and
trainings anywhere in the country;

WHEREAS, the President, MS. KAREN TRIA is asking for a resolution interposing no
objection in using the present Business address of the corporation at Picar Compound, Purok
19, Cam San Gabriel as their business address;

WHEREAS, an Affidavit of Undertaking between its President- KAREN TRIA, Department of

Public Works and Highways (DPWH) or the City Government of Davao, in cases their
property will be utilized by government projects, they promise to vacate. It is subscribe and
Sworn, notarized by Att. Ryan Erik C. Santiago, dated October 19, 2018;

WHEREAS, at present the University of the Philippines- Mintal Campus has not given order
to residents to vacate in their title area, thus, Mintal Barangay Council has no reason not to
allow the use of present business address of the corporation;

NOW THERFORE, on motion made by KAGAWAD RIZALINO C. SOBREPEÑA, duly

seconded by all members present, BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED,
INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION IN USING, PICAR COMPOUND PUROK 19 CAMP SAN
GABRIEL, BARANGAY MINTAL AS THE PRESENT BUSINESS ADDRESS OF THE OFFICE
OF CREATING OPPORTUNITIES IN BUILDING RESILIENCE, INC.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
