WHEREAS, The Barangay Treasurer is vacant due to just concluded May 14, 2018 Barangay Election;
WHEREAS; Section 395 (a) of RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 vest in the
Punong Barangay the power to appoint the Barangay Treasurer, Subject to concurrence of the majority of all
the members of the Sangguniang Barangay ;
WHEREAS, RODOLFO A. QUIBUAN is appointed as Barangay Treasurer by Punong Barangay ALLAN C. AQUINO
to promote and sustain the delivery basic service in the Barangay;
