A RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF APIAT, AURORA, ISABELA DULY HELD ON
NOVEMBER 6, 2022.

RESOLUTION NO. ___, S. 2022

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG BARANGAY, HON. LORETA C. GUIYAB, TO PURCHASE LOT FOR
THE SITE OF THE SITE OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HEALTH CENTER AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER.

WHEREAS, this barangay shall purchase a lot with an area of five hundred (500) sq.m. with an
amount of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P650,000.00);

WHEREAS, as per provided by No. (2) (b) Sec. 389 of RA 7160, The Sangguniang Barangay shall
authorize the Punong Barangay to negotiate, enter into, and sign contracts for and on behalf of the
barangay upon authorization of the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREFORE, on the unanimous accord, be it;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Punong Barangay to purchase a lot for the
site of a Barangay Health Center and Child Development Center.

RESOLVE FINALLY, to forward this resolution to the Office of the Municipal mayor, Hon. Joseph
Christian G. Uy; Municipal Accountant, Mr. Jerry R. Semilla; Municipal Budget Officer, Mr. Rolando A.
Foronda for their information.
