MORNING AT ITS BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

RESOLUTION NO. 14 s. 2018

“A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. ROY P. MARIKIT AS

BARANGAY TREASURER OF BARANGAY PALAO, TUBOD, LANAO DEL NORTE,
WITH THE CONCURRENCE OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL, PALAO, TUBOD, LANAO
DEL NORTE”

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Palao, Tubod, Lanao del Norte, one of their
session assembled, do hereby agreed that Mr. Roy P. Marikit has a qualification to hold this office as
Barangay Treasurer of Palao, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
WHEREAS, Mr. Roy P. Marikit had already served for two (2) terms for eight years as disbursing
officer and property custodian of Barangay Palao, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Ildefonso S. Catigbe, duly seconded by Kagawad Esterlina
C. Sumaylo, it was resolved as it is hereby.
RESOLVED, to confirm the reappointment issued by the Punong Barangay in favor of Mr. Roy P.
Marikit, as Barangay Treasurer of Palao, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of the resolution to all officials and the government
concerned for their information.
ADOPTED: JULY 7, 2018
I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing resolution which duly adopted by the
Sangguniang Barangay during its regular session held on July 7, 2018.
