“A RESOLUTION CONCURRING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF MATHEW C.

SELOSA AS SK TREASURER OF BRGY. MALINIS, LEMERY, SK AT BRGY
MALINIS, LEMERY, BATANGAS.”

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7 of Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise known as the
Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, the SK Treasurer shall be appointed by the SK
Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all Sangguniang Kabataan members;

WHEREAS, HON. CHRISTIAN C. DELA ROSA, SK Chairperson of this Barangay

appointed MATHEW C. SELOSA on December 17, 2023 and submitted the same
appointment to this august body for review and concurrence;

WHEREAS, after thorough study and deliberations, this Sangguniang found that appointee
satisfies the minimum qualification requirements as provided for under Section 10 of RA No.
10742 as amended by RA No. 11768;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor HON. JAMES MARK RYAN M.

ANDAYA duly seconded by HON. JENELYN A. SEBOLINO and all members present;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to concur to the appointment issued

by SK Chairperson HON. CHRISTIAN C. DELA ROSA for MATHEW C. SELOSA as the
SK Treasurer;
