“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY.

MANINGALAO ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR OF 2023”.

WHEREAS, Article 2 Section 12 of the 1987 Philippines Constitution states that “the
State recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-building and shall promote and
protect their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social; well-being. It shall
inculcate in the youth, patriotism and nationalism and encourage their involvement in
public and civic health.

WHEREAS, implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act 10742 also
known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 provides in Chapter II
Section 8 paragraph (a) states that “in consultation and with concurrence of the
Katipunan ng Kabataan, and within three (3) month form the assumption of office,
formulate a three (3) year rolling plan, which shall be known as the Comprehensive
Barangay Youth Development Plan, Which will be the basis for the preparation of the
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP), and which will be the basis for
the preparation of the Annual Budget.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HERBY RESOLVED BY THE

MEMBERS OF BRGY. SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN COUNCIL OF BRGY. MANINGALAO
IT IS ASSEMBLED TO APPROVE “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR OF 2023”.

RESOLVED FURTHER TO FURNISH COPIES OF THIS RESOLUTION TO ALL

OFFICES CONCERNED FOR THEIR INFORMATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTIONS.

RESOLVED FINALLY, THAT THE ABOVE RESOLUTION REMAINS VALID AND

EXISTING UNTIL REVOKE OR AMENDED.
