1. Appearances of Engr. Rodina Onting, Acting City Engineer, City Government of Valencia,
Bukidnon and Flordelis C. Enriquez, CES E, OIC - District Engineer, Bukidnon 1 st District
Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways, Province of Bukidnon, to
answer queries from the August Body regarding the drainage system along the Sayre
Highway fronting Valencia City Central School which is perceived to be a factor that causes
flooding in the Valencia City Central School especially when prolonged and intense rainfalls
experienced; and Mr. Miguelito D. Bendijo, Principal II, Valencia City Central School,
Valencia City, Bukidnon, to share insights to the August Body regarding the Teachers and
Students experiences of a flood in the Valencia City Central School and its impact on
Education that can leave life-long effects on children’s physical, emotional and psychological
development.

Valencia City, Bukidnon, to share flood experiences which put her family at risk; and
Appearance of Ms. Vicky Lyn A. Duron, City General Services Officer, City Government of
Valencia, Bukidnon, to answer queries relative to the issue on flooding incidents

Agreement (MOA) to be entered into by and between the City Government of
Valencia, Bukidnon, represented by the City Mayor Hon. Azucena P. Huervas and
the Guinuyoran Rural Waterworks & Sanitation Association, Inc. (GRWSA)
represented by its Chairman, Mr. Tolentino C. Bacolod, Jr. for the upgrading of
Water System Project in Barangay Lilingayon, City of Valencia, Bukidnon amounting
to PhP192,675.60. Considering the foregoing, the Sanggunian is requested to pass
the necessary authority for the City Mayor Hon. Azucena P. Huervas to enter into a
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the aforesaid purpose. Please treat this
