 Invocation led by Mark Andris Gempisaw/BADAC FOCAL

 The Presiding Officer called to order.
 The Secretary called the roll.
 The Presiding Officer declared for a quorum.
 The Presiding Officer asked to the Focal Person to discuss the agenda.
 Mr. Gempisaw the Focal Person discussed the agenda.
 Mr. Gempisaw disccused the BADAC EVALUATION, the barangay captain asked the score of
the initial score of the badac and Mr. Gempisaw told to everybody that only 56 as of now
and others will be follow of what the DILG asked to pass for us to comply the evaluation.
The DILG give a hardcopy for the form of the CIR to be pass in the higher office.
 Hon. Villaver asked to the BADAC Focal to make sure the applicants for the graduation that
they comply all the requirements for graduation.
 Mrs. Loida said that as of now based on the papers only 20 are qualified for graduation
based on the requirements.
 Sir Sayta asked to the kap Edgar for a new list kong naa sa mga mga bag o nga nigamit ug
illegal drugs or mga naninda sa atong barangay.
 Kap Edgar Answered nga naa then kap Edgar asked a number of Sir Sayta so that maka
hatag siya ug information about ani mga tawo nga involve sa illegal drugs. Also Sir Sayta
asked sa mga surrenderers nga nag positive sa drug test para maka balo pud siya.
 Mr. Gempisaw told to the council nga as of now wala pa nagkabuhatug balik ug drug test sa
mga surrenderers kay wala pa sad test kit ang health office.
 Mr. Gempisaw told to kap Edgar about sa plan for the GAD activity for HIV AND AIDS
awareness and the participants are the LGBTQ. Then maybe the BADAC will have to make a
participation on the said activity.
 Mr. Gempisaw told that submit a activity on their organization for us to put it on the BADAC
ACTION PLAN.
 Mr. Gempisaw suggested for the meeting of the new Officers of KKDAT in the barangay and
also a page for the organization.
OTHER MATTERS
- About sa mangrove planting sa mga teachers from elementary and officials. Hon. Villaver
asked kong when pwudi maka buhat niana then nag agad rapud ang council sa mga teachers
maybe next month or last week sa July.
- Mr. Estellore discussed the program of the ICM that our barangay will be the beneficiary. They
need only 30 participants nga mga makaloloi juud sa atong barangay nga angay jud tabangan sa
ICM.
 Hon. Rensulat asked sa council kong aduna pa bay lain nga concerns.
 Ang council ni tubag nga wala na lain.
 Hon. Rensulat adjured sa maong meeting.
