RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT

OF _______________FROM THE 10% SK FUNDS FOR PAYMENT FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE
FOR THE MANDATORY TRAINING OF SK TREASURER

WHEREAS, in Republic Act. 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act
of 2015, Sec. 20, Paragraph (b), states that “The Sangguniang Kabataan shall have financial independence
in the operations, disbursements and encashment of their fund, income and expenditures. As such, the
Sangguniang Kabataan funds shall be deposited in the name of the Sangguniang Kabataan of the
concerned barangay in a government-owned bank situated in or nearest to its area of jurisdiction with the
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson and the Sangguniang Kabataan treasurer as the official signatories;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan cannot perform yet the said financial independence in the
operations, disbursements and encashment of their fund, income and expenditure;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Suba, Bantayan, Cebu has not yet opened a
bank account from Landbank of the Philippines-Bantayan Branch, Bantayan, Cebu,

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Suba, Bantayan, Cebu need to withdraw the
amount of _________________________from the 10% SK Funds for payment for the registration fee for the
mandatory training of SK Treasurer;

NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion of all members present and duly seconded by the same, BE
IT:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER TO

WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF _______________FROM THE 10% SK FUNDS FOR PAYMENT FOR
THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE MANDATORY TRAINING OF SK TREASURER.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish the copies of the resolution to all officials and other offices
concerned for their information and guidance.
