Barangay Sulangan has recognized Persons Who Used Drugs (PWUDs) and had responded
and underwent the Community Based Treatment program and completed the said program and were
officially recognized during the Moving Up rites held at Bantayan Multi – Purpose Gym on March
27, 2019 in response in strengthening the campaign against illegal drugs in the country.

The ceremony was attended by the Municipal Mayor, Punong Barangays of the Municipality of
Bantayan and with all the recognized interventionist and also with the Chief of Police of the
Bantayan Municipal Police Station, representative from MSWDO and Municipal Health Unit who
were also part of the intervention program.

The Chief of Police, PCLP Jude Cibrero urged the completers to help the government in the
campaign against illegal drugs and to sustain their efforts to avoid illegal drugs.
