REPORT SUMMARY

I. OBJECTIVES ∙ To deliver the State of Barangay Address

∙ To inform the constituents of the financial status, accomplishments, on-going
and planes Program, Projects and Activities of the Barangay and the
Sangguniang Kabataan.
∙ To render/present committee and reports
∙ Discuss other matters

I. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE 1. PRELIMINARIES

ACTIVITY > The Activity commenced at __2:00___ PM, started with a prayer led by Hon.
Reynaldo A. Garcia followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem
led by Hon. Sarah A. Pacinio.

 The Master of Ceremony acknowledged the local officials and the attendees
present.

 The SILG message was delivered by yours truly, Josephine Tabora,

Barangay Secretary.

2. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS ∙

- The SOBA was delivered by Hon. Mariano Y. Espina. Punong

Barangay in which he discussed the accomplishments of the
barangay for the 1st semester of FY 2022. He also informed the
different projects of the barangay.
- Hon. Edgaro Ejes, Chairman Committee on Appropriations reported
the financial status of the barangay.
- Hon. Danlino Salundaguit, Committee Chairman on Infrastructure
reported the infrastructure projects of the barangay.
- Hon. Wilson S. Aque, Committee Chairman on Peace and Order
reported regarding the awareness campaign against illegal drugs.
 - Mrs. Aurelia Escala, Barangay Treasurer presented before the
Barangay Assembly members the compliance of the barangays on
BDFP where 5_ documents out of 9 documents were posted in the
BFDP Board.
