CUENCA, BATANGAS ON DECEMBER 13, 2023, 7:00 PM.

RESOLUTION NO. 2023 – 18

A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SCHEDULE (DAY AND TIME) OF

THE REGULAR SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) MEETINGS
EVERY SECOND SUNDAY OF THE MONTH AT SEVEN O’CLOCK IN THE EVENING

WHEREAS, Sec. 9 of the Revised Rules and Regulations Implementing Republic Act (R.A.) No.
10742, otherwise known as the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015,” as amended by
R.A. No. 11768, states that, “(a) The SK shall fix the date, time, and place of their regular
monthly meeting.”

WHEREAS, Repulic Act (R.A.) No. 11768 further states that, “within sixty (60) days from their
assumption to office, the Sangguniang Kabataan shall set the schedule of regular Sangguniang
Kabataan meetings…”

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Labac sets and fixes the schedule of its
regular SK meetings every second (2nd) Sunday of the month at seven o’clock in the evening
(7:00 P.M.) to be held at the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Building, Barangay Labac, Cuenca,
Batangas

NOW, THEREFORE, on the motion of Hon. Jairus Klein Mar L. Magpantay and duly seconded
by all members present, it was:
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN to approve
the Resolution No. 2023 – 18, setting and fixing every Second (2nd) Sunday of the month at
seven o’clock in the evening (7:00 P.M.) as the schedule of the regular Sangguniang Kabataan
(SK) meetings to be held at the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Building, Barangay Labac,
Cuenca, Batangas;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to the SK Secretary for her file,
copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local Youth
Development Office of the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, for their information
and record.
