A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINMENTS OF MARY ANNE DC.

DACANAY AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY AND JENIENA JANE
B. PONCE AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY
CASULUCAN, STO. DOMINGO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA.

WHEREAS, Chapter II Section VII of the Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise known as
the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Reform Act of 2015 provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan
(SK) Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK)
Members shall appoint among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK), a Secretary and
Treasurer;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson of Barangay (Name of your

Barangay) presented to the body his/her appointees as Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Secretary and
Treasurer;

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation, the members of the body affirmed that the
subject persons possess all the qualifications of being a Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) appointed
officials pursuant to the provision stated under the Section X of the Republic Act No. 10742;

NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion of all members present and duly seconded by the
same;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve and confirm as it hereby

approves and confirms the appointment of MARY ANNE DC. DACANAY AS THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY AND JENIENA JANE B. PONCE AS THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY CASULUCAN, STO.
DOMINGO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA.
 RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this approved resolution be forwarded to the
Office of the Municipal Youth Development Officer, Office of the Municipal Local Government
Operations Officer and Other Concerned Offices for their reference and guidance.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
