“A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF JEE HANNAH CAÑETE

CABASAG AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY LOOC,
CALAPE, BOHOL.”

“WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by the
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK
members from among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK);

“WHEREAS, Jee Hannah Cañete Cabasag possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang
Kabataan Secretary as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742;

“WHEREAS, Per Section 11 of Republic Act 10742 (b) the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary are
co-terminus with the appointing authority unless sooner removed for cause ;

“NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of

Jee Hannah Cañete Cabasag as the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Looc, Calape, Bohol.

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Jee Hannah Cañete Cabasag
for her file, copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local Youth
Development Office of Calape, Bohol for their information and record.

AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY LOOC, CALAPE,
BOHOL.”

“A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NEWLY ELECTED SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON MARYCRIS CANANEA DUMAGUIT AND THE NEWLY
APPOINTED SANGGUIANG KABATAAN TREASURER ELLEN JOY VILLETA CODERA AS
THE PRINCIPAL SIGNATORIES OF THE SANGGUIANG KABATAAN FUNDS DEPOSITED
AT THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, TUBIGON, BOHOL BRANCH”

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform
Act of 2015, under Section 20 (b), empowers the Sangguniang Kabataan to designate the principal
signatories of the Sangguniang Kabataan funds;

WHEREAS, it is essential to designate official signatories for the Sangguniang Kabataan funds
deposited at the Development Bank of the Philippines, Tubigon, Bohol Branch, in accordance with the
pertinent provisions of the law;

WHEREAS, the elected Sk Chairperson, Marycris Cananea Dumaguit , has assumed office and
is mandated by law to serve as one of the principal signatories of the Sangguniang Kabataan funds;

WHEREAS, the appointed Sangguniang Kabataang Treasurer, Ellen Joy Villeta Codera, has
taken office and is likewise mandated by law to act as a principal signatory of the Sangguniang Kabataan
funds;

WHEREAS, the appointed Sangguniang Kabataang Treasurer, Ellen Joy Villeta Codera and the
newly elected Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Marycris Cananea Dumaguit is authorize to update
the registration sheet of Sanggunaing Kabataan of Looc, Calape, Bohol;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that this Sangguniang

Kabataan officially designates Marycris Cananea Dumaguit, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson as one
of the principal signatories of the Sangguniang Kabataan funds deposited at the Development Bank of
the Philippines, Tubigon, Bohol Branch, and Ellen Joy Villeta Codera, Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer
as the other principal signatory of the said funds.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be duly recorded, transmitted to the concerned
authorities, and made known to all Barangay constituents for their information and compliance.
