RESOLUTION NO. 20
Resolution allocating the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 10,
000.00) annually for the operation and maintenance of the
REHABILITATION OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER under the KALAHI
CIDSS- PHILIPPINE MULTISECTORAL NUTRITION PROGRAM at
Barangay KASUGA.

WHEREAS; the “REHABILITATION OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER”

project of KALAHI-CIDSS:PMNP granted to Barangay Kasuga, Magsaysay,
Davao del Sur;
WHEREAS; the Barangay Council of Barangay Kasuga allocates Ten
Thousand Pesos (PhP 10,000.00) which will be taken from the Annual Budget-
Maintenance and Other Operating expenses for the Operation and
Maintenance of the Rehabilitation of Child Development Center;
WHEREAS; all activities for the maintenance in the subproject are indicated in
the Operation and Maintenance Program;
WHEREAS; after discussion and clarification about the O&M Plan and
Program, the barangay council and community volunteers present during the
meeting certified and approved the said discussion and agreements;

NOW THEREFORE; after thorough deliberation and on the motion of HON.

ANNA JOY L. QUILAY, seconded by the August body, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve Resolution allocating the
amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 10, 000.00) annually for the
operation and maintenance of the REHABILITATION OF CHILD
DEVELOPMENT CENTER under the KALAHI CIDSS- PHILIPPINE
MULTISECTORAL NUTRITION PROGRAM at Barangay Kasuga.

RESOLVED FINALLY; to furnish a copy of this resolution to the office of

DSWD-KALAHI-CIDSS, DOH, and other offices for this consideration and
approval and appropriate action.

UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6TH day of November

2023 at Barangay Kasuga, Magsaysay, Davao del Sur.
