SERIES OF 2024

A RESOLUTION TO RELEASED THE REMAINING FUND FROM 20% ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

FUND CALENDAR YEAR 2023 APPROPRIATED FOR VARIOUS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS,
PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES ON THE CONCRETE RE-FLOORING OF BARANGAY COVERED
COURT IN THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
FORTY PESOS (Php 448,340.00).

WHEREAS, presented to the Sangguniang Barangay for legislative consideration and approval is the
proposed development programs, projects and activities of the Barangay Concepcion for Calendar
year 2023, to which appropriations therefore shall be derived from the Development Fund;

WHEREAS the Barangay’s Development Fund shall be sourced out from the Twenty percent (20%) of
National Allotted Tax for Calendar year 2023;

WHEREAS the priority Development projects for CY 2023 have been prudently identified for purposes
beneficial to the people of Barangay Concepcion;

WHEREAS, after a careful study and in- depth examination thereof, this August body finds everything
in order;

NOW, THEREFORE, promises considered and on motion by Hon. JERUEL F. POMARIN and
unanimously seconded;
RESOLVED, that this Sangguniang Barangay, acting upon the favorable recommendation of the
Committee on Finance , way and means and Appropriations, hereby approves the Twenty percent
(20%) Development Fund appropriated for various development programs, projects and activities of
Barangay Concepcion, Calendar year 2023 amounting to Four Hun dred Forty Eight Thousand Three
Hundred Forty Pesos Only (Php 448,340.00);

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished all concerned for their information
and Guidance;
