A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF CONNAL JUDE B. JADULOS AS

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BARANGAY
INGORE, LA PAZ, ILOILO CITY EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 13, 2023

WHEREAS, the Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015 provides in Chapter 2 Section 13 paragraph (f) states that the Sangguniang Kabataan
Chairperson, with the concurrence of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council, has the power to appoint
among the member of the Katipunan ng Kabataan a secretary and treasurer;

WHEREAS, from among the Katipunan ng Kabataan members of Barangay Ingore, La Paz,
Iloilo City the chairperson recommended Mr. Connal Jude B. Jadulos for the position of SK Secretary
after due consideration of his qualifications and findings, he possess the necessary skills and experience
required for the position of SK Treasurer;

WHEREAS, as SK Treasurer, Mr. Connal Jude B. Jadulos shall perform the following duties
as stated in the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015:

 Take custody of all Sangguniang Kabataan property and funds.

 Collect and receive contributions, monies, materials, and all other resources intended for the
Sangguniang Kabataan and the Katipunan ng Kabataan.

 Serve as cosignatory in all withdrawals from the Sangguniang Kabataan funds and disburse funds
in accordance with the approved annual budget and supplemental budget, as the case may be, of
the Sangguniang Kabataan.

 Certify to the availability of the Sangguniang Kabataan funds whenever necessary.

 Submit to the Sangguniang Kabataan and to the Sangguniang Barangay certified and detailed
statements of actual income and expenditures at the end of every quarter and the posting of the
same in the barangay bulletin board and in at least three (3) conspicuous places within the
jurisdiction of the barangay, and if possible including the use of traditional and nontraditional
media.
  Render report during the regular Katipunan ng Kabataan assembly on the financial status of the
Sangguniang Kabataan.

 Perform such other duties and discharge such other functions as the SK chairperson may
prescribe or direct.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Ingore after a thorough deliberation

approved and concurred the appointment of Mr. Connal Jude B. Jadulos.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Genlor J. Nanlabe and duly seconded by SK

Kagawad Dan Andrew V. Jamandre.

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to confirm the appointment Mr. Connal Jude B. Jadulos as
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Barangay Ingore, La Paz, Iloilo City until the end of the term of the
appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that Mr. Connal Jude B. Jadulos appointment shall be effective
November 13, 2023.

Adopted this 13th day of November 2023 in Iloilo City, Philippines.
