BARANGAY INGORE, LAPAZ, ILOILO CITY HELD AT SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN HALL
NOVEMBER 13, 2023 AT 6:00 PM

CALL TO ORDER:

The session was called to order by the Presiding Officer Hon. Evan Rey G. Villegas, at 6:00 PM.

ROLL CALL:

The acting secretary made the roll call, finding that everybody is present, the SK Chairperson
declared a quorum.

BUSINESS OF THE DAY:

Resolution No. 1 of 2023 concurring the appointment of Mr. John Mark M. Jubelag as SK
Secretary of Barangay, Ingore, La Paz, Iloilo City effective November 13, 2023.

Resolution No. 2 of 2023 concurring the appointment of Mr. Connal Jude B. Jadulos as SK
Treasurer of Barangay, Ingore, La Paz, Iloilo City effective November 13, 2023.

SK chairman, Evan Rey G. Villegas moved a motion that the schedule of SK Regular Session will
be held every 2nd Sunday of the month, 6PM. It was unanimous decision of the SK Officials.

ADJOURNMENT:

Since there were no other matters to be discussed or to be taken up, the session was adjourned at
exactly 6:45 pm on motion of Presiding Officer Hon. Evan Rey G. Villegas and duly seconded by SK
Kagawad Hon. Shawn Bryant L. Espinosa.
