Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the SK Reform Act of 2015, you are hereby appointed as
SK TREASURER of Barangay Lay-ahan, Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo.

In view thereof, you are to assume office effective December 03, 2023 and to fully
exercise the powers and perform the duties and functions as prescribed in Section 15 of RA
10742.

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE

NEWLY APPOINTED SK TREASURER

WHEREAS, SK Chairman JHARIL I. PARAUNDA appointed MEA CLAIRE B. PEREZ to be

the Treasurer of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pitogo, Pototan, Iloilo and Section 7 of
Republic Act No. 10742 mandates the concurrence of the Sangguniang Kabataan to the position of
SK Treasurer;

WHEREAS, MEA CLAIRE B. PEREZ possesses all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications as SK Treasurer as provided in the same section of the RA 10742;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of KATHLENE KAYE S. CELESTE, duly seconded by

SHEINA P. TAGAYTAYAN;

BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to concur with the appointment issued by SK Chairman

JHARIL I. PARAUNDA to MEA CLAIRE B. PEREZ as SK Treasurer of Barangay Pitogo,
Pototan, Iloilo.

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copy of this resolution to the Office of the Municipal Mayor,
Office of the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO), Office of the
Sangguniang Bayan, Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) Pototan, Iloilo and all other
concerned local government agencies or institutions.
