A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES OF BARANGAY BILAO
SAPIAN SK FROM LUCKY PADASAS, SK CHAIRMAN AND FRIDELYN OLETE, SK
TREASURER TO JADE O. JINTALAN, SK CHAIRMAN AND JALILAH MHAY S. FRANCO,
SK TREASURER, AS THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES OF ALL FINANCIAL AND OTHER
TRANSACATIONS WITH LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES ROXAS (CAPIZ) BRANCH UNDER
THE ACCOUNT NO: 0472-1276-08

WHEREAS, due to the conduct of BSK Election, dated last October 30,2023, Jade O. Jintalan was
elected as Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Bilao, Municipality of Sapian, Province of
Capiz.
WHEREAS, Jalilah Mhay S. Franco,is the newly designated SK Treasurer for Sangguniang Kabataan
of Brgy. Bilao Sapian Capiz.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion by SK Kagawad Hon.Welyn A. Olano and duly seconded by the
Sangguniang Kabataan present, be it RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to change the authorized
signatories of Barangay Bilao Sapian SK from Lucky Padasas, SK Chairman and Fredylyn Olete,
SK Treasurer, to Jade O. Jintalan, SK Chairman and Jalilah Mhay S. Franco, SK Treasurer, as the
authorized signatories of all financial and other transaction with Landbank Of The Philippines Roxas
(Capiz) Branch under the account no: 0472-1276-08
