A RESOLUTION CHANGING AND UPDATING OF THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES ON ALL

BANK TRANSACTIONS OF BARANGAYPITOGO, POTOTAN, ILOILO

WHEREAS, Barangay Pitogo, Potoan, Iloilo is maintaining a Depository Account with the Development
Bank of the Philippines Pototan Branch with a Current Account No. _____________ for its day-to-day
financial transactions/operations;

WHEREAS, due to the recently concluded Synchronized Barangay and SK Elections held last October 30,
2023, the newly elected SK Chairperson is Hon. JharilI. Paraunda and has assumed office appurtenant to the
position effective November 17, 2023;

WHEREAS, in order for the continued financial operations and transactions with the Development Bank of
the Philippines Pototan Branch with Bank Account No_______________, the following are hereby the
newly authorized signatories to wit:

Jharil I. Paraunda - SK Chairperson

Mea Clairee B. Perez - SK Treasurer

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Sheina S. Tagaytayan duly seconded by SK Kagawad

Roshile Ann Porras, be it.

BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to change and update signatories on all bank

transactions of Barangay Pitogo, Pototan, Iloilo with the Development Bank of the Philippines Pototan
Branch.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Office of the Municipal Mayor, Office
of the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO), Office of the Sangguniang Bayan,
Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) Pototan, Iloilo and all other concerned local government
agencies or institutions.
