Attached is the report of Atty. Ian Kenneth B. Lucero, JD, City Director, DILG - Cebu
City, on the temporary vacancy created in the office of the Vice Mayor due to the
exercise of the powers and performance of the functions of the Mayor in an acting
capacity by Vice Mayor Michael L. Rama for physical reasons (sick leave) pursuant
to Sec 46(a), RA No. 7160. Also attached is the letter of intent of Hon. Donaldo C.
Hontiveros, highest ranking Sangguniang Panlungsod Member, to be designated as
the Acting Vice-Mayor of said City.
