The National Association of Business Permits and Licensing Officers (NABPLO) will
be conducting the Sth National Convention with the theme, 'Reengineeing the
BPLOs in the Philippines towards National Recovery through Digitization" on
November 22-25,2022 at the Solea Hotel and Resort, Cordova, Cebu.

Said convention aims to gather all key stakeholders in the govemment to highlight
initiatives undertaken by BPLOs as lead implementer of the Ease of Doing Business
(EODB) Act of 2018 and provide insights and information sharing as we fully
embrace digital transformation in the govemment.

ln this connection, all City and Municipal BPLO Heads are encouraged to attend the
above-mentioned activity on official business. The payment of conesponding
travelling and accommodation expenses, and registration fee of Eleven Thousand
Pesos (Php 11,000.00) which cover costs of conference materials/kit and meals for
the 2-day convention, maybe authorized, chargeable against local government funds,
subject to the availability thereof, and to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
