This is in reference to the attached Memorandum Circular No. 2023-144 from DILG
CALABARZON in relation to the above-mentioned subject.

In this regard, all C/MLGOOs are hereby directed to facilitate the dissemination of the
above-mentioned memorandum and encourage their respective LGUs to apply and
submit their project proposals for funding under the I-QIP not later than November 10,
2023.

Furthermore, submission of proposals is subject to the review of the Provincial and

Regional Review Teams. Should you have questions or clarifications, kindly contact

IMPLEMENTATION OF QUICK IMPACT PROJECTS (l-QIP)

This pertains to the attached DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023 — 144 dated
October 11, 2023 regarding the above-mentioned subject.

In view of this, kindly disseminate the above-mentioned memorandum circular to your

respective areas of jurisdiction and encourage all interested LGUs to apply and submit
their project proposals for funding under the l-QIP.

Moreover, submission of proposals is subject to the review of the Provincial and

Regional Review Teams. Interested LGUs may submit their documentary
requirements to the concerned DILG provincial office not later than November 10,
2023, or thirty calendar days after the issuance of the memorandum circular.
